Tahira Toffah

Architect & Urban Designer

Tahira is a Professional Architect and Urban Designer with over 15 years of experience.
She holds a Master’s in Urbanism and Strategic Planning (summa cum laude) from
KU Leuven and a Master of Architecture (Professional) from the University of the
Witwatersrand. Her work focuses on urban design frameworks, precinct planning,
public environments and architectural integration. Tahira brings strong conceptual
leadership, international exposure and academic rigour to the practice.

Clive Tsimba

 Landscape Architect

Clive is a Senior Landscape Architectural Technologist with over 13 years of
professional experience. He holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture (Honours)
from the University of Pretoria. His expertise lies in public realm design, ecological
systems, sustainability and construction delivery. Clive’s work strengthens the
environmental intelligence and spatial quality of CIT Design’s urban projects.

Itumeleng Mogola

Urban Planner & Urban Designer

Itumeleng is a registered Urban Planner and Urban Designer (SACPLAN) with over
eight years of experience in South Africa and internationally. She holds a Master’s
in Urban Design and has worked extensively on inclusive human settlements,
spatial transformation and inner-city regeneration. Her experience includes major
Johannesburg initiatives such as the Lillian Ngoyi Street Rehabilitation Programme
and Corridors of Freedom precinct frameworks. She brings strong governance,
coordination and stakeholder engagement expertise.
